Headquarters
1080 Mastic Road
Mastic, New York 11950
In 1925, after initially using a two-car garage on Mastic Road to house equipment, a headquarters building was constructed at the current location on the corner of Mastic Road and Mastic Boulevard. In 1935, the headquarters building was destroyed by a fire and was subsequently rebuilt. Over the years as technology advanced and equipment and apparatus grew in size, expansion was necessary, and our headquarters now consists of three separate buildings on the Mastic Fire District Property at Mastic Road and Mastic Boulevard.

Station # 1
25 Sunrise Highway Service Road
North Shirley, New York 11967
In 1981, as our district grew, a sub station known as Mastic Fire Department Station # 1 was erected along the Sunrise Highway North Service Road in order to provide faster response to the northern portions of our district as well as the Brookhaven Calabro Airport which sits just adjacent to this fire station. This location affords us direct access to the taxiways and runways of the airport should an emergency on the property occur.
